                 Toastmasters International is the leading movement devoted to making effective oral                     communication a worldwide reality. Through its member clubs, Toastmasters International helps men and women learn the arts of speaking, listening, and thinking - vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership potential, foster human understanding, and contribute to the betterment of mankind.

Plano West Toasters was established in 2004 by a group of dedicated individuals  in the Dallas North Tollway, Highway 121, and Highway 190 areas. The club meets regularly on Saturdays. Weekly meeting details are e-mailed to club members and friends on the club mailing list. Typical meeting time is 2:20 - 4:00 pm. Location is Oak Room(Conference Center), Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, 6200 W Parker Road, Plano, TX. The Flash banner below shows the typical meeting time.

Plano West Toasters is open to the public. We are proud to be a multicultural group. Our members are from all walks of life, with different ethnic heritage and broad age span. This club is a great learning community. Open House!!

The Plano West Toastmasters club is holding an open house on   Saturday, February 6th 2016, from 2:20-4.00 p.m. at Oak Room(Conference Center), Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital, 6200 W Parker Road, Plano, TX. Toastmasters is an international organization that educates people in public speaking and leadership. To see what Toastmasters is about, come to this event — it is free and open to the public. Membership in the community club is open to all. There will be light refreshments and snacks. There will be speakers, the speakers will be evaluated, and an impromptu speaking segment, table topics. The meeting will feature a special guest.
